ABOUT CHEF PETE
Chef Peter Cervoni is a veteran of the foodservice industry, and brings with him well over 30 years of proven, professional culinary experience to the realm of plant-based, health-supportive cuisine. Besides being a Chef, Peter has held almost every job imaginable in the culinary world from food writer to food stylist and personal chef to culinary educator. As a restaurant consultant and recipe formulator, Chef Peter has travelled extensively in North and Central America and Europe to help bring the message of veganism to the world.
Education and Experience:
Originally graduating from the Culinary Institute of America in 1993 Peter experienced an epiphany leading to his paradigmatic switch to become vegan 23 years ago. Initially Peter cheffed at top New York City vegan restaurants such Angelica Kitchen, where he succeeded his vegan mentor, award-winning Chef, Peter Berley and at Quintessence, New York City’s first successful Raw, vegan restaurant.
